Erin Kenny

Erin Kenny has worked in the Human Resources field since 2004. Erin began their career at WCI Communities as a Sr. Human Resources Manager & Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for Reduction in Force, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Supervision and Coaching, Customer Focus, Onboarding, and Community Relations. Erin then moved to Millennium Physician Group in 2009, where they worked as an HR Benefits & Training Manager, managing all insurance vendors and brokers to make certain all available benefits were available to employees. In 2012, they joined WestRock Company as an HR Manager and Sr. HR Generalist. Most recently, they have been working as the Human Resources Director at Gov Solutions Group since 2017. In this role, they provide a one-stop shop for designing, hosting, securing and maintaining the most critical business IT infrastructure.

Erin Kenny earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and Human Resource Management Major from Auburn University between 1995 and 2000. In 2016, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2017, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources - California (PHR-Ca) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
