Sarah Paul, CHRL has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah started their career as a Senior HR Generalist at HR Impact in 1999 and held this role until 2010. In 2011, they joined Mississaugua Golf & Country Club as a Human Resources Manager. After two years, they joined Govan Brown & Associates and worked as the Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2019. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility at the same company in July 2019.
Sarah Paul, CHRL, holds a BSc in Life Science from McMaster University. Sarah also has a Human Resources Diploma from Sheridan College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Social Procurement Professional Certificate from Buy Social Canada, an Indigenous Canada Certificate from the University of Alberta, a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University, and an LGBT Workplace Inclusion Certificate from Pride at Work Canada / Fierté au travail Canada. Sarah is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) accredited by the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
