Erika Tarley

Erika Tarley serves as an Associate Consultant for GovContractPros. Erika specializes in assisting clients in applying for certification under federal small business programs, such as the 8(a) and HUBZone programs.

Erika graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Philosophy, so naturally she moved to San Francisco after college to work as a legal secretary for an international antitrust law firm. She then spent several years in Chicago working as a legal assistant in labor & employment and mergers & acquisitions before making her way to Washington, D.C., where she joined the GCP team.

Erika’s background in various types of legislation, as well as in navigating federal processes, gives her the skillset necessary to assist the clients applying for federal small business certification.
