Xavier Ferrer Jaureguizar

Xavier Ferrer Jaureguizar is an established IT professional with extensive experience in IT strategy, architecture, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT Strategy and Governance at Govern d'Andorra since January 2019, Xavier oversees the availability and productivity of the technological infrastructures that support the government's ICT services. In addition to this role, Xavier is a collaborating teacher in IT Graduate and Postgraduate Programs at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Previous roles include freelance consultancy as an IT Strategy Solution Architect, IT Strategy Portfolio Architect for BigData & Analytics, and significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise architecture and IT service management. Xavier co-founded ODA Digital Print Service and has held various technical and leadership positions throughout a career that began in 1989, complemented by a Master's degree in computer science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
