Demet Güdül

Demet Güdül is the current General Manager and Co-Founder of GovernID. Prior to this, they served as Proje Koordinatörü / İs Ortağı at GOSB Teknopark TTO from January 2018 to December 2018. In this role, they worked on projects such as Optimization, Strategic Management, Planning, and Process Improvement.

Before their time at GOSB Teknopark TTO, Demet was with Metrics Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. from June 2014 to February 2017 as Is Ortagi/Proje & Süreç Yönetim Danışmanı. During their time there, they were responsible for managing projects and processes.

Previous to their work at Metrics Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., Demet was with Xerox from July 2011 to August 2012 as İş Geliştirme Müdürü. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business opportunities.

Before their time at Xerox, Demet was with Millenicom Türkiye from May 2008 to March 2010 as Presales & Project Management, Corporate Sales Management, and VoIP Product Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for presales activities, project management, and corporate sales management.

Demet has also held the title of Proje Müdürü at Verscom from December 2010 to April 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects.

Demet Güdül has a Master of Business Administration from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi and a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Sigma Center. Demet also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Sigma Center and a certification in QwikSolver "Plus 1" from Xerox Türkiye.
