Lisa Kennedy is an experienced User Researcher at BT Group, responsible for leading discovery research and collaborating across teams to promote user-centered design. With a background as a Service Designer and Research Operations Specialist, Lisa has contributed to enhancing digital user journeys and establishing user research labs. Additionally, Lisa co-founded the Museum of Dissent Collective and serves as a Youth Member for the Government Art Collection, advocating for youth engagement in the arts. Past roles include General Manager at Studio Voltaire, Curator Team Leader at Science Museum Group, and Engagement Officer with The Black Curriculum. Lisa holds an MA in Socially Engaged Practices from the University of Leicester and a BA in History from Coventry University.
