Ajmal Ramyar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, community engagement, and youth advocacy, currently serving as the Jill Knox Peace Fellow at the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor and a member of the SDG4Youth Network with UNESCO. With a strong focus on promoting peace and education, Ajmal has held leadership roles, including Executive Director at Afghans for Progressive Thinking, where efforts centered on enhancing educational enrollment and community services through strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives. Additional roles have included Program Technical Consultant for Samaritan's Purse Canada, facilitating refugee sponsorships, and various positions in financial management, program coordination, and media communications.
