Gerard Dache is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in blockchain technology, process improvement, and quality assurance. As the Executive Director of the Government Blockchain Association since August 2016, Gerard oversees the strategic management of initiatives aimed at advancing blockchain applications in government. In addition, Gerard serves as a US Office Advisory Board Member for the World Business Angels Investment Forum and an Advisory Board Member for EarthId, providing strategic insights into decentralized identity management. Gerard has also held the position of President at Common Sense Solutions since 2005, delivering services focused on process improvement and quality assurance using various industry standards. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at Webspace Enterprises and Consultant at Perot Systems. Gerard earned a BA in International Studies from George Mason University.
