Annaliisa Issakainen

Annaliisa Issakainen is an experienced professional in the field of information and communication technology, currently serving as Group Manager at the Government ICT Centre Valtori since April 2015. Prior to this role, Issakainen held key positions such as Project Manager at Haltik from July 2009 to March 2015, and Head of Service Operations Management at both ICT Agency HALTIK and the Police IT Management Agency from March 2008 to February 2008 and September 2002 to February 2008, respectively. Additional experience includes Development Manager at Sonera from 2001 to 2002 and System Specialist for the City of Rovaniemi from 1991 to 2000. Issakainen holds a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Oulu, obtained from 1982 to 1989. Education also includes attendance at Sotkamon lukio from 1979 to 1982.
