Jukka Friman

Jukka Friman is an experienced IT professional with a specialization in network architecture and information management. Currently serving as a Network Architect at the Government ICT Centre Valtori since May 2018, Jukka previously held key positions such as Head of Unit and Development Manager at the Oikeusrekisterikeskus from April 2013 to April 2018. Additional experience includes roles as an IT Specialist at the ICT Service Centre for The Judicial Administration and a Coordinator for Information Management at Palkeet. Jukka began their career at the State Treasury as a System Specialist and has consistently contributed to the judicial administration's ICT services since 2003. Jukka holds a Vocational Qualification in IT from Koulutuskeskus Tavastia and further education from HAMK University of Applied Sciences.
