Niina Toikka

Niina Toikka serves as the Head of Legal and General Counsel at the Government ICT Centre Valtori since January 2023. Previously, Toikka held the position of Hallintojohtaja at Tuusulan kunta from June 2022 to December 2022, and worked at the Government ICT Centre Valtori in various legal roles from March 2014 to June 2022, including Unit Head and Lead Counsel. Earlier experiences include positions as a Contract Specialist at Valtiokonttori and Valtiovarainministeriö, among others. Toikka began a legal career as a Senior Inspector at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and has also worked in notable roles at the National Audit Office of Finland and in the judiciary as a Notary. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Turku, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
