Blackstock Alyson

Blackstock Alyson has extensive experience in employee relations and compensation within the public sector, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Employee Relations at BC Public Service since September 2008. Previous roles include Executive Director of Labour Relations and Total Compensation, Director of Labour Relations, Director of Total Compensation & Benefits, Manager of Compensation, and Specialist in Excluded Compensation. Additionally, Blackstock serves as a Public Service Pension Board Trustee for the BC Public Service Pension Plan since July 2018. Prior to joining BC Public Service, experience includes positions as a Compensation Consultant and Human Resources Intern at the Government of Alberta, and as a Recruiter at Mosaic Sales Solutions. Blackstock holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta.
