Gordon Asselin has extensive experience in public service and telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of People, Culture, & Capacity at the BC Wildfire Service. Previous roles include Senior Labour Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist. Prior to that, Gordon Asselin worked at TELUS, holding various managerial positions such as Fibre Optic Network Deployment Manager, Construction Manager, and Network Build Manager in Engineering Operations & Implementation West, as well as Client Account Manager and roles in customer service for both wireline and wireless sectors. Gordon Asselin holds a Bachelor of Religious Education in Bible & Theology from Northwest Baptist Theological College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity Western University.
