Laurie Duncan currently serves as President and Secretary of Notio Consulting Inc., providing strategic advice to organizations focused on enhancing performance and business strategy since April 2016. With extensive experience in Operations and leading Change and Transformation within the BC Public Service since 1986, Laurie is responsible for the HR Shared Services delivery to 30,000 employees. Previous roles include Assistant Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Technology, Innovation and Citizen Services, where oversight of multi-channel service delivery to citizens and businesses was managed, and development of a HR shared service model at the BC Public Service Agency. Laurie holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Victoria.
