Daniella Etienne is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in public outreach and stakeholder engagement within the Government of Canada, currently serving as the Manager of Public Outreach Strategic Stakeholder Engagement at The Federal Anti-Racism Secretariat. Daniella has led initiatives to engage Indigenous Peoples and diverse communities while also developing strategic communications campaigns. As the Founder of Le Code Switch, a cultural intelligence and brand advisory agency, Daniella focuses on helping brands connect with diverse audiences. Previous roles include Bilingual Communications and PR Manager at PANDORA, Brand Manager at The Broken Heel Diaries, and marketing partnerships at Universal Music Group. Daniella holds a degree in Marketing from Humber College and is pursuing a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto.
