Richard D.

Richard D. has extensive experience in accounting, policy analysis, and economic development, currently serving as an Accountant for the Government of Canada since January 2022. Previously, Richard held multiple roles at the City of Moncton from April 2014 to December 2021, including Economic Development & Intergovernmental Affairs Officer and Economic Development Officer. Richard also briefly ran as a candidate for Canada's 44th Election with the Green Party of Canada in 2021. Prior to these positions, Richard served over 13 years at the CFIB FCEI, where responsibilities included Director of Provincial Affairs and Senior Policy Analyst. Early career experiences include Inside Sales Account Manager at Equifax Canada and Team Leader for Online Services at RBC. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Mount Allison University and completed an Accelerated Program in Accounting and Finance through CMA New Brunswick.
