Treena Reilkoff

Treena Reilkoff is an experienced Trauma Informed Conflict Management and Workplace Risk Consultant at TLR Solutions4Conflict INC since November 2019 and serves as a Diversity Facilitator and Mediator at the Diversified Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada since March 2022. In addition, Treena is a Dispute Resolution Specialist at CansultED, focusing on cannabis-related conflict resolution, and holds multiple roles including Respect Certified at Respect Group, Trauma Informed Mediator at the Canadian Cannabis Dispute Resolution Centre, and Independent Complaint Facilitator for the Ministry of Health in Ontario through the ADR Institute of Ontario. Treena has been a Public Service Professional and Director for the Government of Canada since May 2003. Educational achievements include an Executive Certification in Conflict Management from the Stitt Feld Handy Group, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Psychology from the University of Manitoba, along with ongoing education in Organisational Resilience and Implicit Bias.
