Una Blumberga, PCC, MA, IMC, CPA, PhD, serves as an Executive Leadership Coach at the Government of Canada since November 2003, specializing in supporting individuals and groups in realizing their full potential through various methodologies, including Integral coaching and emotional intelligence. Prior experience encompasses various roles in auditing, legal counsel, and consultancy for the Latvian Government and European organizations, as well as leadership at the Regional Environmental Centre for Central and Eastern Europe, and teaching at the University of Latvia. Academic qualifications include an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, a Master Integral Coach certification, and multiple degrees in law, economics, and environmental science from various esteemed institutions.
