Venice Afflick

Venice Afflick has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant with the Government of Canada since July 2017. Previous roles include Financial Service Representative at CIBC and Mutual Fund Representative at Investors Group, where client financial needs were identified and addressed. Venice also held significant positions at the Ministry of Water Land Environment and Climate Change and the Jamaica Constabulary Force, focusing on employee training and human resource development to enhance organizational performance. Additionally, roles as Training Impact and Evaluation Officer and Training Officer at The Jamaica Constabulary Force and The Jamaica Customs Department involved coordinating training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
