Orlando K. Romain

Orlando K. Romain serves as the Special Envoy for ICT and the Creative Economy for the Government of Grenada, providing strategic guidance to the Ministry of Economic Development and Planning since June 2022. With a strong background in technology and marketing, Orlando founded Hexive Creative Agency in February 2015 and previously held roles as E-Business Manager at the Grenada Tourism Authority and E-Marketing Officer at the Grenada Board of Tourism. Orlando's expertise in Information and Communication Technology is complemented by entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Lever E-Solutions. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from St. George's University and an Associate's Degree in Management, Economics, and Accounting from T.A. Marryshow Community College.
