Kevin Meaney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public expenditure and health sector reform. Currently serving as Principal Officer in the National Investment Office at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform, Kevin leads guidance and strategy for major capital projects and the National Development Plan 2021-2030. Prior roles include driving the Sláintecare Programme implementation at the Department of Health and managing the Government Spending Review at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform. Kevin's early career involved economic research at Revenue and analysis within the Department of Social Protection. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from UCD and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from NUI Maynooth, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics from UCD.
