Cardell W. is currently the Director of Organizational Development & Change Management at the Government of Jamaica. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Celebration Brands Limited, a People Officer at Digita Global Marketing Ltd., and an Administrative Assistant at Jamaica Business Development Corporation.
