Stacey Lymer

Stacey Lymer, PMP, LSSBB, currently serves as the Manager of Solution Services and Team Lead for Project Management Services at the Government of Northwest Territories since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Coordinator at De Beers Group of Companies and Risk Controller at Stornoway Diamond Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed project management, budget oversight, process optimization, and risk assessments. Stacey also contributed to security and intelligence efforts at De Beers and was instrumental in implementing statistical software and leading a security assurance program. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from the University of Toronto, a Risk Management Certificate, and a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Carleton University, alongside dual Honours Bachelor's degrees in Law and Society and Sociology from York University.
