Melanie Abbott

Melanie Abbott has extensive experience in the field of education and resource management, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Education for the Government of Nunavut since March 2011. Previously, Melanie held the position of Director of Resource Services within the same government. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as Vice-President at Outcrop Nunavut from February 2003 to March 2011 and served as Principal at Artwords Incorporated from August 1987 to January 2003. Melanie Abbott earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Allison University between 1979 and 1982.
