Alain Olivier

Alain Olivier is an experienced professional currently serving as Directeur, Mobilité internationale at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec since December 2022, providing strategic advice on a new vocational training program in collaboration with La Francophonie member countries.
