Éric Dequenne is an experienced professional in international relations and economic development, currently serving as Sous-ministre adjoint, Relations économiques et interministérielles at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec since October 2019. Prior to this role, Éric held various positions at Investissement Québec from July 1999 to October 2019, including Vice-President, International Affairs, where responsibilities included managing teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to attract foreign investments and support international subsidiaries in achieving their business goals. Éric's earlier roles also included Director positions focusing on European investments and business development in the U.S. Éric's career began at the Center Québec International Development Corporation as General Manager, fostering SME export growth. Éric holds both a Bachelor and a Master degree in International Relations from UQAM.
