Aaesha Shehhi

Aaesha Shehhi is an experienced professional in the field of urban development and geographic information systems. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Urban Development Sector and Director of the GIS Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since October 2014, Aaesha has held various key positions including Head of the Spatial Data Section and GIS Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a GIS Business Analyst and Geographic Information Systems Engineer at the same department from June 2007 to August 2014. Aaesha holds a Diploma of Education in Government Performance Management from the University of Melbourne, a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, and a Bachelor's degree in GIS from United Arab Emirates University.
