Mohamed Refaei, BCS, MBA, PMP, serves as the Digital Transformation Manager for Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department, overseeing a portfolio focused on service revamp and process engineering, successfully revamping 74 legacy services and engineering processes for 28 new services.
