Raghid Kassem

Raghid Kassem is an experienced transport planner and traffic modeler currently employed at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since August 2020, specializing in traffic engineering and transport planning. Prior to this role, Raghid worked as a transportation planner at Khatib & Alami from 2017 to 2020, focusing on transportation and traffic management, and at Bureau Technique du development from 2015 to 2017. Raghid possesses extensive expertise in modeling and simulations using PTV-Group software, including VISUM, VISTRO, VISSIM, and VISSWALK. Raghid earned a Master’s degree in Public Works and Traffic Engineering from Beirut Arab University in 2019, following a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution in 2016, and a Life Science degree from Lycée hekme in 2012.
