Jeffrey MacDonald

Jeffrey MacDonald is an experienced public administration professional with a comprehensive background in government operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director for both the Treasury Board Branch and Municipal Infrastructure and Finance at the Government of Saskatchewan since October 2019, Jeffrey has previously held significant roles at SaskBuilds as Director of Capital Planning and Infrastructure, where leadership included negotiating a $896 million Integrated Bilateral Agreement with the Government of Canada. Earlier experience within the Government of Saskatchewan involved project management in the Ministry of Environment, where oversight of large-scale projects and the development of Aboriginal strategies were key responsibilities. Jeffrey holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan.
