Brenna Bahr has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Brenna is currently employed at GovCIO as a Lead Recruiter in the VETS Sector. Prior to this, they worked at Fannie Mae as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Brenna also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at both GovCIO and ProSphere. In addition, Brenna has worked as a Recruiter at PAE and as a Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition Manager at CORDEV, Inc. Before transitioning to the recruiting field, they were a Research Associate and Research Assistant at The Catholic University of America, where they focused on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and engaged in policy research and writing projects. Brenna began their professional career as an intern for Senator John Thune in the United States Senate.
Brenna Bahr's education history begins in 2005 when they attended The Catholic University of America. Brenna completed their Bachelor's degree in History from there in 2010. In 2007, they briefly studied Arabic Language and Literature at The American University in Cairo. The following year, they pursued a course in History at the University of South Dakota. From 2010 to 2012, they furthered their education at The Catholic University of America, completing their Master of Arts (M.A.) in European History.
