Jenna Levy

Jenna Levy, CF APMP, currently serves as Vice President of Solution Architecture at GovCIO, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Jenna was the Director of Proposal Operations at RP Professional Services from September 2023 to November 2024. Jenna has a comprehensive background in proposal management, having served in various roles including Director, Principal, and Senior Associate at Wolf Den Associates between April 2018 and September 2023, and Proposal Manager at MetroStar Systems from March 2017 to March 2018. Jenna's earlier experience includes managing proposal teams at InquisIT LLC and functioning as a Procurement Analyst at Ellumen, Inc. with a focus on CMMI maturity and inter-agency collaboration. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and excels in developing compliant proposals in complex environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple bids with dynamic priorities.
