Thomas Carter, PMP, ITIL is an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and technology integration. Currently serving as a Project Manager at GovCIO since November 2023, Thomas manages development projects related to ServiceNow and operational projects for IT infrastructure. Previously, Thomas held roles including Technical Project Manager at Optum, focusing on IT Infrastructure projects and PMO processes, and Senior Analyst at Mission Health, leading numerous application migrations.
