Trudy's earlier experience includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, SRA International, and USCENTCOM, where they demonstrated leadership and expertise in cybersecurity, technical solutions, strategic planning, and operations management.
Trudy Duncan-Rayburn completed a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University, studying from 1995 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Trudy obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2008, followed by the CISSP certification from ISC in February 2011. Trudy then completed the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2015, and the ITIL Lifecycle - Service Operations certification from the same institution in October 2016. Trudy's most recent certification is "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader," which they obtained from LinkedIn in November 2023.
