Emmanuel López

Emmanuel López, M.A., currently serves as the Director of the Latinx Resource Center and Undocumented Student Liaison at Governors State University, focusing on supporting Latinx students' recruitment, retention, and graduation through program development and data analysis. Previously, Emmanuel held roles including Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions and Bilingual Recruiting Specialist. Emmanuel's involvement extends beyond academics, as evidenced by leadership positions such as Vice-Chair and Marketing Committee Chair for the HACE Young Professionals Board. Emmanuel possesses substantial experience across various educational institutions, including roles at Northwestern University and Purdue University Northwest, and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Indiana University Northwest.
