Jordi Morera

Jordi Morera Torres is a seasoned professional in the fields of artificial intelligence, Big Data, and IoT, currently serving as the Manager of Consultancy Services at Telefónica Tech (Govertis Advisory Services) since September 2019, where responsible for the Centre of Competence in Emerging Technologies. Jordi also holds roles as a Senior Compliance & Privacy Advisor at Asociación Española para la Calidad and as an Associate Lecturer in the EU AI Act Specialist Course, along with teaching Data Protection related courses. Additionally, Jordi is a Professor for a Whistleblowing Management Systems Course at AENOR. Prior experience includes a position in the data protection department at RCD and time as a student prosecutor/judge in the civil service. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Digital & Information Society Law from Universitat de Barcelona, a Data Protection Officer certification from Thomson Reuters, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
