Andrew Haley

Andrew Haley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various roles in military and business environments. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Govini since January 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from November 2021 to January 2024. During a four-year tenure in the US Navy, Andrew excelled as a Surface Warfare Officer, notably implementing maintenance strategies that contributed to the USS CHURCHILL receiving the USS ARIZONA Memorial Trophy for combat readiness. Additionally, Andrew trained over 70 sailors in Air Warfare watch-standing, led a successful division recognized for exceptional performance, and coordinated international defense exercises. Other experiences include roles in financial analysis and research, as well as a commitment as a firefighter. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and has furthered education at prestigious institutions including The London School of Economics.
