Neil Browning is an experienced engagement manager currently at Govini since July 2023, previously serving as a manager at DAI from March 2018 to June 2023, with a focus on industrial baseline studies and supply chain analysis for a large-scale carbon capture and storage project in the Gulf Coast United States. Browning held various analytical roles at the UNDP and supported public-private partnerships during the 2016 climate conference.
