Alexis Tsokos, PMP

Alexis Tsokos, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. From 2013 to the present, Alexis has been working at Govplace, where they started as a Project Coordinator and progressed to roles such as Project and Resource Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and currently holds the position of Sr. Program Manager, Cloud Programs.

Prior to joining Govplace, Alexis worked at the Republican National Committee - Romney Victory from 2011 to 2012. During their tenure, they served as the Special Projects Coordinator, Security, and later as a Regional Field Director.

With their extensive experience in project and program management, Alexis has developed a strong track record in successfully delivering projects in both public and political sectors.

Alexis Tsokos, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, Alexis also obtained various certifications. They received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2015. Furthermore, they acquired the AWS Business Professional and AWS Technical Professional certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2017. Lastly, Alexis obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019.
