Victoria Harvey

Victoria Harvey is currently the Managing Director at GovRisk since February 2020. Prior to that, Victoria was the Senior Programme Manager at NIRAS International Consulting from March 2019 to February 2020, working on the Commercial Agriculture for Smallholders and Agribusiness (CASA) Programme. Before that, Victoria was an Independent Consultant as well as a Senior Manager and Manager at Adam Smith International from April 2011 to June 2018, specializing in the Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approach. Victoria also worked as an Assistant Manager at Women for Women International. Victoria holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics from the University of York.
