Dominique Northecide

Dominique Northecide has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to IT management, software engineering, and system administration.

Their most recent position was at GovSpend as a DevSecOps Senior Engineer, IT Manager, and Cyber Security Magistrate, starting in 2017.

Prior to that, they worked at Belle IT, INC as a Senior IT Software Engineering Manager, Linux SysAdmin, and Data Science professional, starting in 2016.

They also worked at Assurant as a DevOps System Engineer/Consultant in 2016 and at NCCI as a Technical Project Manager (System Analyst) from 2013 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, they held roles at Emerson Network Power, Google (MOTOROLA Mobility/Google), and Motorola, where they gained experience in software engineering project management, IT management, and system administration.

Dominique Northecide also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University and held positions at Motorola C.G.I.S.S and Motorola ISG as a Lead System Engineer and Senior UNIX/NT System Administrator, respectively.

Dominique Northecide completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Economics at Brown University in 1992. Before that, they attended Classical High School and graduated with honors as a member of the Summa Cum Laude Honor Society. In addition to their formal education, Dominique obtained several certifications, including GitOps Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021, and various certifications related to React.js, Node.js, Ansible, and Microsoft SQL Server from platforms like LinkedIn, Lynda.com, and Pluralsight.
