Stewart Day

Stewart Day is currently the Chief Financial Officer at GovSpend. Stewart has previously held the same position at PureCars and Gather, and was also Associate Director of Finance at VivaKi.

Day has been in the finance industry for over 10 years. Stewart started their career as an Associate Director of Finance at VivaKi, where they were responsible for finance and operations. Stewart then moved on to Blue Software, where they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer of PureCars, a private equity backed technology company. Stewart held this position for three years before moving on to Gather in 2018. Stewart then became the CFO of GovSpend in 2020.

Day has a proven track record in finance and operations. Stewart has a strong understanding of both private and public companies, and has experience working with different types of businesses. Stewart is a strategic thinker who is able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems.

Stewart Day has a Master's in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Accounting from Georgetown College. Stewart is also certified as a public accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Their manager is Jeff Rubenstein, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Sam Greene - CTO, Jack Siney - Co-Founder & CRO, and Cengiz Ilerler - VP, DevSecOps.
