Colleen Colbeck

Colleen Colbeck is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in customer experience and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Project Management at GHD Digital, Products & Platforms since August 2020, Colleen is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Colleen also holds the position of Director of Project Management at eSolutionsGroup, where significant achievements include leading web design projects with substantial budgets and exceeding revenue targets. Colleen's earlier roles include Technical Writer, Integration Specialist, and Product Triage Specialist at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, as well as supervisory positions at Shoppers Drug Mart and Humanities Theatre. Colleen earned an Honours B.A. in Literature and Rhetoric, with a minor in History, from the University of Waterloo.
