Joanna Ferrell

Joanna Ferrell, CSM, ITIL, currently serves as the Director of Project Management at ThreatConnect since November 2020, and previously held the role of Senior Project Manager there. Prior experience includes a position as Project Manager at OVH US from April 2018 to November 2020, and at CloudBerry IT from February 2012 to January 2018, where responsibilities focused on managing client projects in a cloud hosting environment and developing communication and onboarding plans for small and medium businesses. Additionally, Joanna worked as a Project Manager at Visa in 2018, leading major client implementations and utilizing PMI best practices to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction. Education was obtained from Campbell University.
