Ming Fai Wong

Ming Fai Wong is a technology and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in governmental and organizational roles. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Plans at GovTech Singapore since March 2025, Ming Fai previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at the Singapore Tourism Board, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation and IT functions. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Enterprise Singapore, where digitalization strategies and data science initiatives were managed, and significant positions at GovTech Singapore and the Ministry of Health Holdings, where pivotal projects like the National Electronic Health Record integration were led.
