Chip Ferguson

Chip Ferguson has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Chip started their career in 2003 as an Executive Director at SBC - IT Services, where they led application development organizations and managed vendor suppliers. In 2005, they joined AT&T as an Executive Director, overseeing the IT Sourcing and Centralized Development Team and managing 350 employees and 30 contractors. This role also involved leading the IT College Hiring and Summer Intern Programs. From 2015 onwards, Chip worked at GoWall, initially as the Senior Director of Product Development & Engineering and later assuming the role of Product Owner & Scrum Master. At GoWall, they managed a team of 10 people, reviewed product designs, planned releases, and hosted group testing sessions.

Chip Ferguson attended Saint Mary's College of California from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration.
