Layna Officer

Layna Officer, MSFS, CUDE, has a background in forensic science and criminal justice. At GoWest Credit Union Association, Layna serves as the Director of CU Leadership & Talent Development, focusing on enhancing member experiences and promoting the philosophy of people helping people. Prior to this role, Layna held various positions at Blue Federal Credit Union, including Director of Experience and Member Experience Manager, where Layna mapped member experiences to enhance efficiency and engagement opportunities.
