Mark Romoff

Mark Romoff has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Vice Chair of the UN Economic Commission for Europe Working Party on PPPs Governing Council since September 2012. Romoff holds positions as Board Director for the Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum, Buffalo Toronto Public Media Board of Trustees (PBS-WNED), and Infrastructure Ontario, among others. As a Senior Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute, Counsel at Gowling WLG, and President of MRInsights Inc., Romoff demonstrates a strong commitment to strategic development and governance. Additionally, Romoff is the Executive Producer for New Franchise Media Inc., focusing on adapting best-selling novels into film and television. Academic credentials include a MASc in Management Science from the University of Waterloo and a BSc in Mathematics from McGill University, along with studies at Harvard Kennedy School and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
