Farzana Faiza

Farzana Faiza is currently working as the Human Resource at GoZayaan. Farzana has also worked in various other renowned organizations like banglalink, LA Mode BD, Bangladesh Parliament, BUP Finance Society, and BUP Business & Communication Club in the past.

In their previous organization banglalink, they worked as an intern in the Human Resources department from January 2019 to April 2019. There, they worked with admin to monitor vendors and assisted in organizing events like Banglalink Pitha Uthshab and Banglalink Family Night. Farzana also attended an HR training program regarding Workplace communication.

Before that, they worked as a Media Coordinator & Content Creator at LA Mode BD from October 2017 to January 2019. There they were responsible for writing social media content to increase engagement with customers. Farzana also administered marketing calendar and posted new content to coincide with new product and service releases. Additionally, they assisted the Online Operations Manager in properly and effectively handling bad reviews and negative posts. Furthermore, they managed relationships with high-profile clients and translated marketing and social media needs into results-driven strategies.

Apart from that, they have also served as a Facilitator at Bangladesh Parliament from March 2017 to April 2017. Farzana was also the General Secretary at BUP Finance Society from January 2017 to January 2019 and Assistant General Secretary at BUP Business & Communication Club from February 2015 to July 2017.

Throughout their career journey, they have gathered extensive experience in Human Resources, Administration, marketing, social media, and event management which has helped their hone their skills and emerge as a successful professional.

Farzana Faiza has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bangladesh University of Professionals. Farzana also has a degree from RAJUK UTTARA MODEL COLLEGE.
