Kim Daynard

Kim Daynard, APR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Communications Support at the Ontario Provincial Police since November 2022 and has previously held several roles within the organization, including A/Manager of Communications Support and Strategic Advisor. With a robust background in communications, Kim has also been an Accredited Member of the Canadian Public Relations Society since 2016. From July 2017 to December 2021, Kim held positions such as A/Director of Corporate Communications and Strategy Management and Manager of Strategic Communications at the Ontario Provincial Police. Prior experience includes a Director of Communications role at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and Media Relations Manager at Sears Canada. Kim began the professional journey at the Toronto Star as an Interactive Multi-Media Specialist. Educationally, Kim earned a Master of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University, alongside a Master Certificate in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
